Refund policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, uninstalled, and unmodified condition in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Electrical components (switch panels, wiring harnesses) once installed
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Custom or special-order parts
- Opened oils, fluids, or filters
Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items that are not defective.
How to Initiate a Return Email trailblazeoffroad@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
